Contract Assignment Addendum & Instructional Audio

After you have a great deal under contract, you must then sell your great deal to an end buyer. Use this document to sell your rights to your buyer for a huge fee, $5,000-$20,000 or better. Better known a wholesaling. It is air tight. It makes sure your buyer has a specific closing date or the contract expires. This way, you won't be dragged out by buyers with no CASH.
